Snoring is a very common disorder that can cause frustration and disharmony in relationships. Although snoring is not a voluntary act, the snorer can feel guilty or embarrassed about the snoring. The bed partner knows that snoring is involuntary, but the interrupted sleep causes insomnia, sleepiness, and tiredness. Overall, snoring can cause stress in a relationship.

The goal at is to make a user-friendly website for snorers, snorers’ bed partners and for anyone else who is interested in learning about snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
